Prepare the way
September came and went real fast. The theme of the month (and next few) was preparation. I'm reminded of the passage in Isa 40:3;
 A voice of one calling: "In the desert prepare the way for the LORD; make straight in the wilderness
a highway for our God.   
(from New International Version)
It's critical that we are diligent about building a solid foundation for our ministries and personal life in Christ Jesus. As we make plans and purchase equipment we must have wisdom and direction from God in order to avoid duplications or un-necessary purchases. We have continued to interface with other Missionaries/Ministries in Alaska to build on a common purpose. To "prepare the way for the LORD". We are responsible and are held accountable by God to do our best to make a straight highway for our God in the wilderness of Alaska. In the next few months we will be able to launch some new projects. I believe that as we prepare the way for God to come and move in lives, He will.

Events,
I had the privilege of attending a men's conference in Seward last week. The recording of the Friday pm service was lost.  However, we do have the Saturday services. Subscribe to iTunes or RSS Feed to get these and other events as soon as they are posted. I will try to record some to the camp meeting in Nome as well.
