Last Saturday was the annual Bike Blessing in Anchorage.

This event is sponsored by Anchorage City Church. (pastor Richard Irwin in the middle)

This event has grown to over 1,000 bikers in attendance each year.

Had the privilege of Joining Doug and Joyce praying blessing over the Blue
Knights. (Law enforcement motorcycle club)
What a great event, bikers waiting for you to pray over them!
Had the privilege of attending the Alaska Missions Networking Summit @ Victory Bible Camp.

We were told that this was the first time that this many of the Missions Sending Agency’s, Missionaries and Para-church organizations gathered to discuss Missions in Alaska.

Was great to connect with folks and get the pulse of what is going on with the “big picture” of Missions in Alaska. Looking forward to partnering together with fellow workers in the harvest to advance the Kingdom of God in Alaska.
Just returned from a quick trip to Kodiak.

We are checking into the possibility of outreach into the Villages of Kodiak Island. God set up many divine appointments for us. Looking forward to what He has for us in the future!

We spotted deer all over the place.

Recently, I went to spend 2 weeks with my friends in Emmonak and Alakanuk.

Lattis Campbell teaching AKSOM class on Saturday.

Pastor Steve Harshman from Sterling traveled to Alakanuk with me on Sunday Morning.

We shared preaching time. Pastor Marvin Paul called it a double barreled message.

Looks like they need some help finishing out the interior of the Church. We are making plans now. Let me know if you would like to help.

Back in Emmonak for Sunday Night Service.

Dr. Lattis preached a great sermon that night.

The team from Sterling joined in on the service.

The team laid new flooring in the parsonage and painted the parsonage and sanctuary. Turned out great.
The Second week Jimmy and Maggie came to Emmonak on Saturday. We had a great time of fellowship. I did take some time to do some recording for a missions training video I’m working on.

On Sunday Morning we traveled to Alakanuk to be with pastor Marvin and the folks. Man I love to hang out with these guys!

We had a time of worship

The kids were joining in.

Was great to see kids from Camp Agaiutim Nune.
Sunday Night we went back to Emmonak for the evening service.

Pastor Jimmy Okitkun (Kotlik) lead us in worship. It was heavenly!

We had 2 receive healing that night. Praise God for His touch on our lives.
I was sad to leave, but will be back out soon for camp Agaiutim Nune.
Last week I traveled to Springfield for training and orientation. We have received appointment as Field Representative for Alaska from the US Missions Intercultural Department. I’m humbled and honored to work with Malcolm and the team in headquarters.
Walking through the hallway to the Missions building you pass under these flags.
I’m proud to be part of an organization that sends thousands of Missionaries across the United States and around the World.

Intercultural Ministries Mission Statement
Intercultural Ministries is committed to training and equipping indigenous leaders to fulfill the Great Commission among those groups of people in the United States whose evangelism involves cultural understanding and specialized preparation.
We have much to accomplish in Alaska. Over 100 villages without adequate, consistent Gospel witness. Please pray with us for Alaska! I’m reminded of a word that was given to me from a dear friend; Look out upon this frozen land and see the first signs of fruitful spring.
Blessings, terry
